Sales Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Internal Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling buy leads from IndiaMart and social media platforms, managing customer relationships, and closing sales deals. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to buy leads generated through IndiaMart and social media platforms
Manage customer relationships and build a rapport with potential clients
Qualify leads and develop sales opportunities
Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
Close sales deals and achieve sales targets
Record and maintain customer information and sales data
Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and make suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience as an internal sales executive or a similar role
Strong knowledge of IndiaMart and social media platforms for lead generation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
